　　相关表中所示承载能力为符合ASTM A489标准的碳钢吊环螺栓，使用温度在30°F～275°F之间。碳钢在低于30°F温度下要承受振动荷载，在超过275°F时将失去强度。

　　●Shoulder lifting eyes must be properly seated against mating surface for full working capacity. A steelwasher or spacer may be required for proper seating.

　　吊环螺栓必须正确地装配到配合面上，才能达到最大的工作载荷。可以使用钢垫圈或衬套来安装。

　　●The minimum thread engagement should be 1-1/2 times the thread diameter in steel.

　　●Capacities shown are for carbon steelASTM A489 eyebolts, at temperatures between30°F and 275°F. Carbon steel is subject to shock loading at temperatures below 30°F and loses strength attemperatures above 275°F.

　　●Loads must always be applied in the plane of the eye, not at an angle to this plane .

　　载荷必须与吊环在同一水平线上，不可与吊环形成一定角度。

　　●For vertical lifts, plain pattern and shoulder pattern eyebolts aretheoretically equal. However, a plain pattern eye bolt should never beused for angular lifting.

　　●对于垂直的吊环，平的式样和带肩的式样理论上来说是相同的。但是，平式样的吊环螺栓绝不能用于斜的载荷。

　　●Lifting eyes should never be used if there are any visible signs ofwear or damage.

　　●若吊环上有肉眼可视察到的磨损和损伤，则不应使用。
