防松螺母紧固件技术参考资料指南

　　Clamp load estimated as 75% of proof load for specified bolts.

　　夹紧力载荷估计为指定螺栓的保证载荷的75%。

　　Torque values for ¼ and 5/16-inch series are in inch-pounds. All other torque values are in foot-pounds.

　　¼ 和5/16英寸系列的扭矩值以英寸•磅为单位。其它扭矩值均以英尺•磅为单位。

　　Torque values calculated from formula T = KDF

　　扭矩值的计算公式：T = KDF

　　Where: D is the nominal diameter, F is the clamp load and

　　其中：D为公称直径，F为夹紧力

　　K=0.15 for “lubricated” conditions

　　K=0.15 适用于“涂润滑剂”的状态

　　K=0.18 for zinc plated and dry conditions

　　K=0.18 适用于镀锌且干燥的状态

　　K=0.20 for plain and dry conditions

　　K=0.20 适用于无镀层且干燥的状态

　　The nut or tapped hole is as critical to torque as the bolt. WHEN USING GRADE C TOPLOCK NUTS OR

　　FLANGE LOCKNUTS, PLEASE REFER TO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.

　　Clamp loads for Grades C and G nuts equal 75% of the proof loads specified for SAE J429 Grade 8.

　　Clamp loads for Grade F nuts equal 75% of the proof load specified for SAE J429 Grade 5.
